You need to be in same location with the house where you have paid for room.
It makes speed of recovery +33% (for health 10 min and 20 min for mana)

Estates allow a faster recovery of health and mana when you have purchased a room and are in the region. The speed at which your health and mana can recover can be increased by 33% in a 5 star estate if you are a guest.
Artifacts can be stored by owners in the estate. They are not for any specific reason, other than a place for the owner to display their artifacts to the LordsWM community. |

dont need 5 stars, just wine cellar.
If you only have 1 guest lounge and not the trophy hall / cellar / closer / warehouse then you still restore +33% (for the renter) but with only a 2 or 3 star estate
and the artifacts is just extra storage room (you have to be in the same location as the esate) and then you withdraw / deposit artifacts.
(lev15 castle = 55 inventory slots, warehouse in estate gives 30 more in estate) |
