| I am trying to get my password from my old account because I forgot it.I go to the forgot password and it says it was sent. I go to my junk mail,inbox,spam mail and it's not there I've taken down my firewall,checked blocked senders to see if it was there and it wasn't. What can I do? |

Did you maybe use an online mail address (like hotmail, gmail, etc)?
It sounds like you did not register with the mail you thought you did. |
Forgotten password recovery.
If you have forgotten your password, you may only recover it if you have specified your correct e-mail during the registration.
This is what it says^^
After I type in "techy"
And my email adress I click enter and it says:
"Password has been sent to your email" |

It's Bellsouth so I can get on it on att.net but it stil doesnt help |

| Other option ... have you tried your hotmail email address and see if you still get the "Password has been sent to your email" response from account you cant access? |
