| If I loan gold to a person and then after some time I quit the game without being paid, what happens then? |
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players; as well as in case if the debtor has been blocked. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
The person you loaned will get a fine twice as much the amount of the loan for not returning it. Also, you will not get your money back even if you don't leave the game.
3.15.1. Transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Empire is the only character for liquidation transfers.
Also, if you do it deliberately, it may be considered a large transfer with the reason of leaving the game masked as a loan that never gets returned.

It doesn't answer the question. Theoretically, no swindling happened.
It's like this.
For example:
I loan you 20k gold for 1 month. Before the time expire, I already quit the game and you cannot contact me anymore. So you didn't bother to return the loan I gave you.
Question 1: Are you still liable even if i did not report you?
Question 2: Since I already quit the game, can other people report it in place of me? |

I can still return you the money even if you don't play the game anymore unless you have been blocked. In that case, I am supposed to return the gold to the administration character called Empire.

I am still supposed to return the money if it was sent as a loan even if you don't report me and/or leave the game. Not reporting me doesn't mean that the admins would stop caring anymore about what happened if they find out. The reason behind this is not that they would care about you losing your gold, but about me gaining an unfair advantage over the other players.

Yes, they can. And since my transfer log is public, they could easily see the unreturned loan in there and they could also easily report me. |
