This thread raised an interesting question for me.
An excerpt taken from the transfer log of (completely imaginary and not at all connected with anyone around here) Player A;
12-08-11 06:05: Received 1 Gold from Player B : 80k of the loan is gift, 100k to be returned in 1 month
So, out of the 180k loan, he only has to pay back 100k now. Perfectly within the rules, as far as I can see.
However, should Player A decide to pay back that "gift" of 110k gold at a much later date, would that still be considered a gift? Since he's paying it back -even if it's much later- then is it still considered a gift and not an overdue loan? If that is in fact legal, then it seems to be a large and rather careless loophole admins made in the Loans and Gifts section of the rules. | | loop holes my friend can be found in the laws of most perfect countries its just a game and as much as i can comprehend i see that this is perfectly inside the rules (or suld i call it the loop hole | It's interesting because it is a way to get around certain rules. I am also interested on what the admin (not moderators!) would say.
However, the admin should also consider that the report came before the penalty evasion attempt. In short, the violation has already been committed.
People have been masking financial assists by tagging it as loans and never asking for payments.
If you ask me, this is an attempt to cover a violation by pretending it to be gift and then the payment will be tag as a gift also. Lame.
Cheaters will be cheaters. | 1) for time or many relapses?
2) from the same player or many other accounts?
We can go on this way and digg such loop hole but regarding the rules and if the transfer log explain all, nothing to say but digging and digging can show an official loop hole!
Let's wait first the administratif deal with the initial thread then when we will be able to speak about, but now it s just speculate!
