I'm not sure what your link has to do with the question.
The Packmasters were a part of the thief event that was held this year. Thieves had to battle the packmasters. Players who weren't thieves could later assist the packmasters to attack the thieves.

| That's pack master event and one who won a packmaster will get a mount...You can get one at artifact shop....there will be mounts available..Mounts give you speed up rate,anti thief,complex route depending on the price of mount.It is the travelling thing and not on a battle. |

Topicstarter succesfully passed 319 MG quests and i don't think that he hasn't met vanguard of wizards yet. He might have posted wrong link. |
ahaha, Obviously I don't have the right answer :P
I just have the answer in which refers the question, but what he wants to know is something else. So, he should at least become a little more specific. |
