Knowledge at level 4. Spell power at level 5 is my suggestion.
I would not put points on attack as Acron suggested. There is little need for it as a wizard of the lower levels. Only time I would use attack as a wizard is if I was going pure might or a holy supportive build - Both at much later stages in the game. |

Coz, there are artifacts which will give you spell power..
But there are very few which will give you knowledge... |
