I was quit this game, but I`m back, and yesterday I saw that my 8 lv dark elf is online. Someone stolen it, but not changed password. I changed it, but now I can`t remember it. Can You help me ? I remember all old passwords, but can`t remember e-mail adress. Can any administrator help me ? Just say e-mail. Please. Sorry for bad english. :\ |

| Try all your emails. Administration cannot reveal such information to you. |
| If you don't remember your email adress, you won't be able to restore password by yourself. You can contact the Secretary (id=4) and explain him the problem, but if your char has already been hacked.. It can get blocked. |

| Wow. How many email addresses do you have? Just log on to all of your email accounts and see if you can find the password-change email. If you can't remember that, you really have too many email accounts. |

Some Mail engines can consider mail from Lordswm.com as SPAM, so probably you can try to search them in SPAM folder in your emails.
That seems not that big help, but I don't think anyone (except Secretary) can help you more. |

2. I can say all information about that account.
3. I even can log in with other account from transfer log. I transfered money, and then gave back it. |
| If you don't remember your email address, then there's nothing anyone can do, because the email address is supposed to be the last fallback for these situations. Plus, if you don't know it, you CAN'T prove that the account belongs to you. |
