Survival tournies usually end at 22:00, and since people join a minute before the time runs out resulting in a delay of tourny results, I propose that AT 22:00 the tourny ends and all tourny battles currently going on/joined are immediately canceled, so that the tourny results can be posted at the same time every ST.
This would be good since i have been waiting for results all week and i am growing increasingly impatient with the delays caused by people joining tourny right before it ends. I mean, they have ALL week and if they wait till last minute that is their own fault. |

I don't really see the problem in waiting an hour more or so. The tournament already ends two hours in advance, to allow for people that joined at last minute to finish their game indeed. It would be of the utmost unfairness to block their game just because a bunch of players are in hurry to know the results ;) |

Would be much easier to just create a "Get Results" button which when pressed disabled access to the site for a week. |

What if they were not able to join the ST because of Real Life issues or any other unimportant reason?
It would be of the utmost unfairness to block their game just because a bunch of players are in hurry to know the results ;)

don't know about all of u guys but in my country 22:00 sever time means 3'o clock at night so I get a surprise at morning so but still +1
I have another idea how about closing the entry at 20:00 so till 22:00 all would have finished so both r happy results on time and no cancelling of battle

Then we would have the same threads again but saying "how about closing the entry at 18:00", etc ...
The ST tournies run a certain amount of time, when they end admins will post results x hours or days afterwards. People just need to learn to wait for this. Getting them a day earlier or later wont change any of the results and for those winners, waiting a short while for their prize wont change anything. |
