After 10 work I must have battle, win and have 0.5+ frakcion points. Its true?

for | Yes. Because if you enroll more than 10 times in a row, you will get a penalty, which makes you lose some of your wage.
You can win a battle with less than 0.5 faction points, but you will only partially get rid of the penalty. | for Dizbe:
