AuthorLink in Estates not working

When I go to hit the "Rules" link at the bottom of the "estates" part of "About the game" it says the link is broken. I wasn't sure if it was just me, but no matter when I try it, it doesn't work. Just thought I'd let you know.

The link directs you to https://www.lordswm.com/about.php?section=5

But it should be https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=5
