Contacting the secretary won't be useful it seems
as he is always flooded with mails
so i need the names of all admins & the active ones separately
how can they block a level 8 char just for renting an estate
n that too no many times.. as i read that rule later i specially mention it in my char description that i have broke that rule n i'm sorry it won't happen again
so instead of putting 1 or 2k penalty its blocked

let's say... Whereas complaining against the admins and rules, just take time to read rules and then you will know how to avoid penalty and block!
I understand your feeling but rules are rules! May be you should write to secretary the "unfair" situation but else it s useless except arctic!
Lexa won't repply to your pm, same for alexander and maxim!
Better for you, to know the low profile meaning and enjoy your main!
