what will happen if a lord casts weakness (-12 attack) first and then another lord casts chastise (+12 attack)? I have the same question for curse and bless, delay and rapid, disruption ray and stonekin. The spell casted later will remove the effect of spell casted earlier? Thanks. |
Dark spells at equivalent profiency always prevail, ie in the case of weakness, it will roughly lower the attack of the stack by 3 or 4. If you pick delay/rapid, final modifier is about -10/15% ini (at expert) and so on.
However, the effects are never removed in any way. If your delay lasts 2 turns, and the rapid 3 turns, during the 3rd turn, the unit will fully benefit from rapid, and not suffer from delay. |

Are you sure about that, or are you just extrapolating from the delay/rapid example? Do you have a battle link to confirm this? |
weakness and chastise are `equivalent` spells. they don`t depend on percentage and are expressed through integers. thus, if both are cast at the same mastery will annihilate each other.
darkness prevails only with delay and curse. |
Chastise vs. Weakness:
[Final attack] = [attack] + [Chastise effect] – [Weakness effect].

Just experienced it: indeed, I was mistaking; +12 - 12 ATK ends up as no change. |
ofcourse
100 - 12 + 12 = 100
100 * 0,6 * 1,4 = 84 |
