the combat freeze when monster appear at atb bar(the monster didnt appear in field).

should i delete the cookies in mozila and ie as well if i am using google chrome to browse lordswm? |
| This is because the monster's name is in Russian. Go to regional and language settings in control panel, then click advanced, and set non-unicode program language to English. This will solve the problem. |
weird, my regional and language settings only contain time and date option.
