Author | favourite enemy question |
Is it true that when a creature deals critical, and the heroe has a high fsp the critical damage is more than luck like while luck has 200% dmg favorite enemy is more when the fsp is more |
favor dmg will trigger 1.5x dmg; while luck dmg trigger 2x
favor dmg has nothing to do with luck dmg. but, it is possible both trigger in the same time and give you total dmg of 3x |
Critical damage always means double damage. FS level only affects the propability for critical.

HUH>?< 2 different opinions ok....we have already locked the quiwstion whether critical has more damage than luck, but, what is the x amount of damage 1.5x or 2x? |
Favoured enemy
Thanks to this ability, elves gain a chance to inflict critical (DOUBLE) damage in combat to a stack of creatures of certain types. Favoured enemies are chosen in the castle, in the "Avengers' guild" building.
Favoured enemies can be changed anytime in the castle, their number is limited to 6, one from every faction except elves.
Elvish troops cannot be chosen as favoured enemies.
All monsters at hunt are regarded as favoured enemies, regardless of who is chosen as one, except elvish faction creatures.
Chance of dealing critical damage: 5%+4%*[Elf skill level].
So, damage dealt by critical = damage x 2
If luck and critical strike trigger on the same attack: damage x 3 |
Luck = +100% damage (often described as "double damage")
Favoured Enemy = +100% damage (also often described as "double damage")
If it was truly "double" damage for each then luck + favoured would = x4 damage.
Instead, luck + favoured = x3 damage (+200% damage)
