unless you want to go for pvp combats or want to rent it to other to earn gold, you should buy an ordinary one.

Simpler questions would be why would you want an enchanted Dragon Shield?
If you need low ap then it is a waste and if you need high ap to win a hunt etc then Dragon Shield enchanted at such a low level will make little difference imo.
enchanted shield wont make any difference in hunt unless against caster. all those enchance are only for decrease elemental damage or charger damage only. | Rank u DiN, Hall,Hpsim and decay :)
