Bleach has much better graphic design and it's becoming better and better. It has not a good planed scenario on story, but has nice battles and quite a good spirit. I don't know how to say that in english, the battles seem imbalanced usually but they are enjoyable.
Naruto has average design. It has a good story and mixture of feelings, battles, character developing (not just some guy who comes and fights, but someone with believes and style). Good story and progress. Average humour.
I'm sure I forget many characteristics I think of when I watch them, but that's the basic that just popped into my mind.
I enjoy both. Both got their momments of glory and momments of eternal boredom (especially on fillers). Mangas I don't read. Manga is an art, it's like Opera for music. It sure has its charm but it's not for me :P |

1) Manga is waaay ahead of the anime...(in 95% of the cases)
2) Manga is for people who like to catch up to the current arc faster
3) If there was no manga, there would be no anime.

Naruto is too inconsistent, Part 1 was awesome, almost everything was excellent (except fillers). Shippuden has become a bit boring.
IMHO, One Piece pwns both of them. Its the most consistent series out there.
