Hi,
I didn't checked about the other forum branches, but my question is about the rare items one.
There's a rule that says:

Auction by definition is a process of buying and selling goods or services by offering/accepting bids and choosing the highest/lowest bidder. Threads containing offers for sale without prices and/or offering buyers to contact sellers for details; as well as threads without price offers for purchase and/or offering sellers to contact them with offers instead are not allowed in trade forums.
I'm a bit confused with this rule. It speaks about auctions and threads without prices in just one rule. I may be misunderstanding, but, still in the rule topic, it says:
[Price] - optional parameter. May only be indicated in case of a single item being subject of trade, in other cases may be given in the thread.
"May" suggest that it's "optionnal", even in the post of the topic.
A last quote:

[Sell][Venomancer frock][A10][100/100]
