Does the game provide roulette archives before the start of the month currently? In about the game, only of Jan and Feb 2010 were put up.

As of the moment no. I believe someone found a way to use the archives to accurately predict the roulette number, thus the archives were no longer released.

I could be wrong about the reason, but the simple answer is no, no more archives.
