Every day trying to sell most popular broken artifacts (Defender shield, Reprisal sword) for the full price.
A large number of players have already become victims of his fraud.
Here I am interested in the question. There are some ways to stop it?
only one way just tick on full durability in market
Sometimes contacting the MC can also help.

I guess the only way to stop it is if the victims stop buying, but judging from the transfer log he would sell easier the full AP arts ...
full AP

full durability*
well if someone here for buying such an arts..what we can do? does he force anyone to buy his arts !!!! i seen some players posting there shop art(exp: Tower shield ) almost 50% profit and get sold...he actually doing reverse process..if you are careful you don't lose gold...:)
"Selling arts with lower durability than the original one at the same price is also considered a merchant tactic as long it does not break the game rule. "

There are lots of ways of such trading, also selling on market items that can be bought from game shop or using situation that nobody is selling to put a really big price of item as only seller. What those ways have in common? Those who observe the market carefully earn on those who does not observe the market at all.

I check the market on .ru as well and there are dozens of players and offers that sell items the same way. If it was considered not legal, they wouldnt be doing it.

There are also more players using this tactic on .com, just look carefully. And since it became public again, it might become more popular.
There is nthing wrong in doing it
He posted for gold
Its u who is a fool 2 buy it
Next time u visit the market, keep ur eyes open

and try 2 resolve the matters via PM instead of goin public
for BrownBear:
Sounds like: "The world is full of illegal, so why not take anything here".
for BrownBear:
Just think ... deceiving the buyer on the 1000 gold - you spoiling his mood, often it is spending to buy all the money he has. Is it worth it?
Its u who is a fool 2 buy it
You're helping him or blaming him??
There is nthing wrong in doing it
regrettably... think about what I wrote above
for BrownBear:
That's legal...I accept...But it is something like cheating.

that is the question. don't flooding here ;)
for Saddam:

You are quite right in the 10th post. I should quit it but... many players start each day with no gold, buy some arts and spend the rest on roulette to get to zero gold at the end of day again and again. No saving, no financial planning for future. If I stop this tactic it will not change anything. Just more gold will go to roulette etc.

What is more, Ive returned earned gold to players who asked for it politely and wrote that the transaction was by mistake.

P.S. There can even be educative aspect of it to help in real life - check and judge before you act.
roulette is onother, and much biger problem...
And I don't want to punish or blame BrownBear. Just trying to stop this fraud.
Think this topic makes our server more friendly :)
Why again is this illegal ? It's the same as reselling => market race.
There are some ways to stop it?
that is the question.

The question has been answered : Tick the Full Durability filter.

QATC
It's legal but doesn't it's fair nor right.
It's part of business to scam people like that...

I myself bought about 3AoLs at low dura for mistake, learnt from it, ticket the full durability filter.

that's the solution, would be wrong if it was using an alternative account to keep buying such arts for seller benefits
It's legal but doesn't mean it's fair nor right.
