I think I can but im nt very sure
Thank u fr ur answers :) |
Well technically all money in a clan is the property of the leader so you can do pretty much what you like with it. |
You can freely withdraw any gold you deposited in your clan yes.
Withdrawing your treasurer's gold falls under the gift rules though (and that rule that penalties you if your treasurer feeds you TOO MUCH :P) |
Talking about this :P

#2 : Wrong
The clan fund is the property of the clan and not the leader. Both treasorer and leader are having access to the fund so it means they can use the clan fund since the clan accept it!
You can add on each player profile to remember each gold transfered per player to remember in case of gold refund!
Keep in mind the potential financial assistance and pyramid.
For your question, easy answer : Yes you can |
And one correction :
Withdrawing your treasurer's gold for any purpose is allowed as long as the rest of the clan agrees with it, but transfering the withdrawed gold to another player still falls under the gift/loan rules (both the treasurer and leader are considered the subjects of the transfer in that case). |
#6 <= Perfect post... |
I think that by rules u can take all gold, because clan is u'rs) |
#8 depends if you are alone in the clan or not... If not, it s the clan fund so it belongs to the whole clan and not to the single "leader" like most are thinking... |
Clan gold belongs to the leader unless it has been collected for a specific purpose. 3.26.1. A clan where the Leader's promises are not brought to realization is considered a financial pyramid. In case when funds were accumulated in a clan for a public purpose (such as purchasing TGI or rare items/sets), and no such purpose has been brought to realization, the prosecution is supposed to present proof from his or her transfer log. Clan leader is held responsible and will be blocked for swindling if the fault is confirmed. So you can withdraw as much as you like and do with it as you want.
All entry fees and donations are considered gifts and need to comply with the rules on gifts.
Your clan treasurer may however be breaking the rules if he has "gifted" more gold than is allowed under the gift rules, as might you by allowing it to remain there (though unlikely as only 45k).
The only exceptions to these rules are when it is a MC clan or gold is being collected to become one where a few specific have been created to cover these events.
So bottom line is as far as game rules are concerned clan gold is your gold unless collected for a specific purpose. From a moral view point though it is upto you to decide how you wish to treat your members. |

Still wrong... both the leader and treasorer are having access to the fund but the fund is the clan fund so belong to the clan... Of course the leader represant the Clan but this does not mean they can use it on their only wish! |
They only need to use it for specific purposes if it was collected to buy something or to do something. Otherwise entry fees and donations are considered "presents" to the leader. |
#13 : not the leader but the clan... If it s for the leader then all leader are rich... ROFL am i? Of course no! |
Din and Elven, if you doubt on me, you can ask Edwin1908 your sage and you will see... We had spoken last july (2011) with arctic in skype channel to clarify rules as sage because we needed that to explain things to avoid missleading and so on... |
Pat buddy you're wrong, Im about 95% certain Arctic gave some clarification on this issue, the hunt is on to find it |
so atm i lock the topic to avoid more dual version! When din, elven, edwin or i will find the exact explain then it will be posted! |
We need an Admins answer for this because we sage's got an answer from Arctic in this case a while ago.
But it looks like that DiN as jury got an other answer.
So for now closing this till we got a straight answer. |
