| i am gonna ask if i am making a clan lottery and make 1000 for 1 number each and send the reward to winner and keep it within the gift rule so will this be legal and will not fall in any other rule? | | Yes, it is legal. | | it's legal as far as I know (well I hope so :) I have been doing a lottery for about half a year now, with moderate success | Lotteries or similar are used by many clans to add a bit of fun and are not illegal under the rules.
