she finish the battle with 3788 point, but she gain 0 exp and 0 fsp

In other words this account violating 2 rules:

I play this battle in the evening, unfortunatly, the server disconect suddently and I can not connect again. In the next morning, when I get up, the result that I gain 256 EXP and 0 FSP ,

Are two different things. You lost because of timeout on turns, while he lost because of timeout of battle. Your units were skipping turns and because of that you automatically lost. While he, most likely, was doing 1 turn per few minutes if not hours to make combat as long as possible, and then there's a limit on combat, it can't last longer than 8 hours, while if you'll wait at least 5 hours, your units will start to skip turns, so if you want to get 0 XP and 0 FP for survival tournament, you need to do at least 1 turn in 5 hours, but better to wait 4 hours, then make 1 turn, then wait 2-3 hours and start playing, then, when you see that it'll be your last turn, you need to stop playing, and when 8 hours total pass, you'll lose without getting XP and FP.
