| the leader must return gold if he evicted a member? | | not necessary but if he ethical he must return gold cuttin 500/5k of since its paid to empire but its not necessay that he must return gold on eviction | how if he only make a profit?
say i make a clan,i invite 100 players..than after a month or two,i evicted all member..is it still illegal? | No they do not have to return the gold.
It is the players responsibility to pay to join clans where they either trust the leader or can afford to lose the gold. No one forces a player to join a clan, they have the choice. Pay what you can afford to lose because the admins do not guarantee compensation in the case of swindling.

Of course it is illegal - you would be using the clan to rip off other players. But it does not mean that you have to return the gold.
Instead, if those players feel cheated, they will make a complaint that they have been robbed of their gold. Or that the leader is abusing the clan to make a profit - and he or she will be punished by the admins as sees fit. | | i see.. | | closed by technoscarlet (2012-06-07 11:37:07) |
