To anshuman: Congratulating someone is a gracious act which shows that you feel happy for their achievements. You are not obligated to congratulate everybody or anybody. It's your business. People who congratulate lots of people on these threads are either:
1. Well-connected with tons of friends.
2. Love to make others happy.
3. Do it for the warm, fuzzy feeling.
4. Have nothing else to do.
5. Love everyone else on Earth.
6. Any combination of the above not limited to these 5.
