Of course. All Military Clans start out as regular clans.
Once you have your regular clan, you are allowed to convert it into a military clan assuming you have 2.5million gold + 4500 gold per person in the clan.
In addition to this, all the members in the clan at the time of militarization must not have a Military Clan already, or it won't allow you to militarize :) |
