I didn’t wait until last second.
Why should I do that, I don’t care if I lose, if I did why with I go with 1 troop
I do that to get it over as quick as possible (waiting to last seconds is counterproductive to that)
The only reason you are saying this is because you are mad at me and want to use the system to punish me.

First things first, rules state it perfectly clear:
10. No application from the victim - is considered as no claims from him/her.

14. Game Administration is not an instrument of vengeance on your offender. Characters caught creating topics like "I think there’s something wrong here – check him!" to retaliate at someone will be banned.
Second of all, there's not even a single rule that prohibits player from traveling with 1 unit.
