Given you will be able to only repair 10% of max durability despite paying full repair price and that the max durability is reduced by 1 each time you repair, as long as you quote the right lease amount to cover costs, you can make money.
It's better to find a person that can repair higher than 10% (preferably 90%) at low costs and find the appropriate price point, taking into account market prices and the number of time you can lease the item before it becomes useless |

At least not in the short run. It will take some time to get to 80 or 90% efficiency. Till then, it wouldn't be much economical. Hence, I would advice you to refrain from using it. But, if you are willing to make that investment, it might be worth in the long run. |
