You can not create a new team after :27 and :57 minutes.
However, you can join an already created team, up until :30 and :00 minutes.
This has always been like that on .com. |
I beleive that if someone creates a team in a 2vs2 or 3vs 3, then people can join the teams until xx:30
They cannot, however, create a new team after xx:27 |
