I've set a limitation temporarily and it's set to 8th combat level which is minimal CL allowed to apply. I'll absolutely remove that filter after we're done recruiting, but for now it's essential so it stays. |

Based on this sentence alone, you're also failing the requirement, "Your English is at least at the intermediate level". So that's at least TWO unmet requirements. |
Ehh my CL level is low...
These recruiting periods happen regularly so there is no rush to get a place now.
Best idea for anyone below CL 8 who wants to be a future mod, in my opinion, is to be helpful and constructive in the forums. This applies even more so in help forum where some lower levels mistakenly try for quantity over accuracy.
Anyone who meets the requirements can apply. Known forum "names" are more likely to be selected while those with poor history of wrong/insulting or overly negative posts are unlikely ever to be given the responsibility. (Again my opinion)

We're still interviewing people for this job. You can still mail your application in by PMing it to myself for further revision and an interview following it.

i'm interested, but how does this restrict you from posting at the forums? is it still ok for a mod to participate in a conversation?
i can't remember one really doing it (content-wise), but i'd like to know if it's officially prohibited.
and, of course, i'm talking about participating without losing objective regard for the forum rules. |

for stoter: I am guessing that the reason mods don't get involved too much is because if the mods do / say something wrong and get banned by another mod or even themselves, it could get VEERRRRYYYYYY awkward ...

they are mods because they know the rules and keep the forums under check of the rules so why would get they violate the rules. they are here to see smooth functioning of forums according to rules. have you ever seen the executives of your country breaking basic norms? its the same here

| Do you mods make arrangements among yourselves to make sure that there's at least one mod on duty at any given time (barring unexpected absence)? Is there a minimum amount of time each day that you're required to be online to do your job? |

That was my inital plan to pick up mods that have different time zones so it could provide a 24/7 presence of somebody from #10.
That's why I was asking players about their time zones in that application query :) |
And so we're finished. Right now some final comparisons are made and the list of players that will be invited to #10 will be made based upon them.
All of the applicants who will make it to #10 will be invited tomorrow in the morning, so everyone who's interested who those guys will be can easily see that for themselves by simply checking the trasnfer log of moderators' clan:
