In order to help others, first you must know enough to help yourself. Knowledge= time+experience. This means being in this game long enough (at least 6 months) and being active enough (active players get experience thru playing and so their character level up)
So it makes logic that these 2 conditions must be met ;) |

Merlin did a great job, while he was a Helper mod...
I think he deserves a second chance...
Him and others good mods which are evicted, Don't gonna say names but one of they is very active and is CL 15.

For me being a mod wud just be another motivation for helping player
But not being one wud not at all discourage me from helping other players |

People, please try to stay on topic.
It's not really the best way to attract one's attention by discussing some official decisions. The main goal of the rebuilding process is to actually _rebuild_ the system and that's what we're all looking for and we (as the recruiters who were assigned for this job) are trying to achieve with our threads, Ed with #266 and myself with #10.
All of the applicants are different in many ways (and they should!), as the matter of fact some of them fit and some of them don't, but there's nothing wrong in trying out. We all have a common goal to help this game and it's community out by fulfilling our official duties that we were assigned (if talking about the offical clans' reps) and by being helpful and cooperative as much as possible forum-wise (if talking about players who aren't members of those official clans).
So let's just focus on that. It's a long step by step process we can all as a community benefit from. |
