You can also sell them too production and machining facilities when there is a demand and the facility has enough gold. A good time to sell resources is right after you enroll since you just made a demand, so if there is enough gold left you will be able to sell resources.
The prices and type of resources varies for the different facilities.
Players rarely buy them to high prices since they can buy them from ordinary prices in the mines them self. And you will also be taxed 1% for every transaction with other players which will take some of your sale value. |

| This is not the place to find players who buy resources ^_^ As already suggested, try the market or try selling them to facilities. |
