"PM Secretary" or "PM Insults"
a) Do these get read at all?
b) If (a) = "yes" then -- Who reads these PM's Admins or "representatives"
c) How long does it normally take for them to respond? (days/months/years)

Yes they do get read and insults had also replied to my question.
Also they are read almost everyday. |

a)They do,i sent a mail to insults as someone asked for my pass.

c)they din respond,but they blocked him after 2-3 days.

Secretary is a character as Empire. More than 1 person can access him.

As wiz king said, they never (or rarely) respond. But, they said that every message is take into consideration.
This is what I've heard, or read somewhere. I can't say for sure, 'cause I don't have Secretary's password to confirm it :P |

well, regarding the Secretary ...
I don't see any actions taken by him as such (according to me)

he used to reply me a year ago.. & the replies & actions were done within a day or 2

I think Arctic was logging in Secretary's account, while he was here. Now, without him around, all is not that good as it was.
Just sharing my thoughts, sorry for off-topic. |
You cant say the admins are not doing anything!
They are doing everything they can to make it the best game ever with regular updates and events and new features regularly though on ru not here :P |

c) How long does it normally take for them to respond? (days/months/years) They usually do not respond; instead they act as fast as the situation requires. Some situations require some "looking into it" that may take some time. And it's possible that every now and then, the amount of messages is too big to allow for quick action (what is required here is patience from the players). |
