... Maybe the original ones you ordered, you ordered them at the PRECISE moment that the payment checker service of the server was "off". IDK, but it is possible.

Maybe you should send all the documents and your complaint to the "Dealer".
I think he is incharge of the problems relating to Diamonds.

This might help, I did it for PayPall problems. Sent them a mail with everything in it and you recieve a answer within 36 hours (from a human, not from a computer) with things you can do about it.
Perhaps they can check what whent wrong, just try it, then you're sure you'll get an answer. |
