| +1 I like your idea. If you have to spend, for example, $40 to get your character back it will (probably) cause you not to cheat again. There are always people who will continue in their ways, but I think this would be a great way to gain funds for thegame as well as promote fair play. |

Always a bad idea to make it possible to earn money regarding verdicts
It will cast doubt on the reason behind blocks and there should be absolute transparency and no doubt behind the integrity of the legal system.

Admittedly in real life if you payed tonnes of money to everyone you could get away with murder.
BUT it is still a bad idea because then I could just cheat

the bigger issue is with the "judicial" system in place, i'm sure we all have noticed inconsistencies in the reasons (if any are given at all) and the supposed perpetrator(s) are not given a chance to appeal |
