The transfer log of the former player wiz-king clearly shows that he had transferred the gold as he was leaving the game:

Also, REd-Pois0n had received the gift on 08-05 and he has logged in at 08-06, even transferred some items on lease, indicating that he wasn't ignorant of the fact that he had been transferred the 60k gold.
3.15.1. Transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Empire is the only character for liquidation transfers.
This rule has been clearly violated in this case.
3.15. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
Looking at the huge amounts of gold he has given to different players, even this rule could be violated, provided he hasn't donated the sufficient amount of diamonds. By any means the rule 3.15.1 has been clearly violated in this case and I request the offenders to be punished under game laws. |

Have you tried notifying/ask him in a pm to see if he have actually seen it?
I don't always look at my gold, and it has only been one day since he received it. A quick pm could determine if there is a need to report it or not.
Also he may not have seen that wiz king intended to leave the game or looked at wiz king transfer log and seen he has gifted more than the limit. |

It is total amount allowed by wiz king, and he gifted more people. So yes he did break the rules, but Wiz king is already blocked, so this is irrelevant.

Please don't consider this as a TP comment. I guess someone must take it up to inform the players who have been gifted to return the gold. and if they don't do so, then action must be taken. But still, if 60k gold increases, its obvious that one will notice, especially since he has less than 10k gold before he recived it. |
| The player is clearly aware of the fact that he has received the 60k gold. He has even used it up for several purchases and loaning activities. In a PM to me, he has also demonstrated that he knows about this fact. So I request action to be taken and the 60k gold be taken from him according to game rules. |

Yes, its clearly evident from his transfer log. He has gifted so much gold just like that? Also, he was blocked as a result of trying to sell his account. This is a clear indication of the fact that he had plans to abandon his account and start a new one.
Even wiz has agreed that he had blocked himself to create a new account, and declared in chat that he was suffering from a mental stress leading to his act. All these facts point to the fact that he sent this as a result of abandoning his account. So these gifts are illegal. |
I also got gold from Wiz_king. The gifts are clearly illegal for 2 reasons:
1. It was for leaving the game.
2. He gave away too much. Way more then the legal 60k in one month.
I did what any player is supposed to do under such circumstances. Transfer all of it to Empire. (I did deduct the 1% transfer fee.) |
