According to the Rule 3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees.
My question is that Additional characters are not allowed to pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees, but can additional character join's the clan if fee is paid by the main character.

No. Though, they can join the clans when no one pays up for their invitation cost, i.e. for free. |

true, but don't go transferring anything from the main for this purpose (would be considered a "transfer through a third party":
"3.11. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited." |

this is legal. There was once a dispute on this. But Arctic finally said it was alright. Anyways, there is no rule prohibiting multis from creating a military clan.

clearly not an exception, but can be game rule violation if he paid to get into the clan. |
