Their question might not have been answered, or there might be a discussion, or a related question anyone might have. Besides, can't mods already lock topics done? QATC close? idk. |

| idk for you but i got to some topics where ppl write sell and diden,t lock or get 20 answer still diden,t look so i don,t know wich of those are still selling or need answer and i lose huge amount of time. |

if its for the trade forum only where people can use an auto lock or something to close their thread and can create a new one if the time expires and they still haven't sold; it wud be easier to find the new offers... |

but you were actually talking about 'replies' at the trade forum, not 'answers' at the help forum...
I don't have much experience at that branch, but isn't it logical to think that, when the topic starter bumps the thread, the item is still for sale? I don't see many replies in those threads other than from topic starter... |

The active ones will appear on first page. Whether closed or not the inactive ones will soon vanish amongst the other historical threads.
In Q&H I have seen many threads with lots of answers and none of which are correct. In my opinion s lot of threads are often closed too early already (usually by thread creator).
