| Iv'e been wondering, whats the best faction for hunting? |
| i prefer elfs and dark elfs. then barbs. but all have great powers and abilities. I think its more of a personal taste. |
Depends on creatures
Knights with x-bow are good at high defense units (treefolk, angel)
Shrew are good at slow units (zombie, golem etc.)

Wizards are the most powerful, or at least, they are almost everywhere in hunt records. DEs are good too, they are almost like wizards, but, they can't as many high defense creatures as wiz can.
After DE, knights rulez (against large creatures). Then, elves, necros, barbs and finally demons. I didn't put dwarves here 'cause they are too new, I still didn't see all of their power :P

| I would go for Wizards, with the awful spell skills they have (yes, I hate to see them destroy hunt creatures with their spells :p) And the other is heir gargs running away till infinite time! |

it depend on what creature in the hunt.
for something with high def, knight and wiz can perform better due to ignore def ability from unit or hero spells.
for something with low tier, imitative and low speed, faction with fast and no retal unit such as elf, DE and demon will have better advantage.
DEs are good too, they are almost like wizards, but, they can't as many high defense creatures as wiz can.
you should know that def are pointless in hunt if you had hunt alot. you wont risk to take 1 hit from creature.

both were using hit and run tactic.
talk on low tier massive amount big hunt, DE will always has advantage over wiz.
simple, wiz rely on hero spells dmg. hero initiative is almost constant; although you still can get some talents to speed up [sorcery talent tree]. spells damage on ignore def doesnt make sense due to low def; running out of mana is a problem as well, dont bet too much on recovery talent, it cant save you much.
unlike wiz, DE rely troops in hunt. afew luck befall or burst action will speed up the progress dramatically. |

Knights against large and high def creatures
Elves or DE for slow creatures
Wiz can beat almost anyone IF their number does not run in 40 thousands and they have less than 30 hp
I prefer wiz personally though knight may be able to deal more damage altogether with enchants IMO |
