If you want "real" prices, go to market, check for items being on sale, then click on the name of the sellers and see at what prices they sold other thief stuff earlier.
People sell always the same kind of things, so, if you search a little in their transfer logs, you will also find that some of those had previously bought the arts they are now selling.
This will give you an accurate price range. Just don't go 2 years backward ;p |

You may use this formula to work out the sell price of artifacts to empire at 0/max durability.
Cost*0.65

So (5000 + 4*360)* 0,65 = 4.186 gold. |
(5000+(360*4))*0.65 = 4186 gold
4186 gold is the selling price for all thief arts. |

Incorrect. You can sell it at 0 durability. |
