Is there a rule against sending random people PMs with offers to buy your goods?
Thing is, I want to buy something: I look on market, or look and post in the trade forum.
I am getting annoyed of receiving PMs from random people, with offers to buy their rare and enchanted arts. If there were shop arts, whose prices can be clearly calculated, I would see a point.
But rare and enchanted arts, these are only opportunistic tricksters trying to pull out trickeries. Is there somewhere I can report this annoyance? | From the personal info:

Insults receives complaints regarding misuses of player's Private Mail like:
insults, spreading harmful links (SHL), password stealing attempts, advertising spam, scams.
