Sorry for that post, I clicked the post button wrongly. Please delete that message.
Is it ok to help someone in a fight through the battle chat? I mean as a viewer? |
You can do it. Anyway, if any participant of combat asks you to keep quiet, you should do it, otherwise you might get pennaltied for flood in battlechat. |
Consider also that "helping" one player means putting the opponent at disadvantage.
Battles are on equal ground, that is, same amount of players and thinking heads on each side, unless stated otherwise. So, although no rule states it openly, entering a battle as a "coach" is generally considered unfair. You should only do that if all parties agree beforehand. |

Yes, it could be unfair, but I am only asking if it is legal.

If I just type once everytime my friend moves, will that be also flood as long as I don't unnecessarily repeat the post? Or simply, please tell me what actually is called battlechat flood? |
battlechat flood is whatever intervention a player does in a battle he does belong to, after a first warning from other participant to the fight.
Unfairness can receive penalties for bad sportmanship (both you and your friend) if one of the fighter requested you to stop and you kept going. |
he does belong to
* he DOES NOT belong to.
typo. |
So basically what you mean is that if any of the players ask me to keep quiet, I can't write a single thing? |
