It is dodgy ground that has never really been officially answered.
The only art that I know of that has a minimum set price is the TGI which is 800K. Correct me if I'm wrong here peoples.
Of course if you get it terribly under priced then it could be considered financial assist. In the example given it would be financial assist BUT were it to instead be sold for 15K then it wouldn't. It is a shady area of the game rules. |
