Just wondering if that happen to you, what you will do?
If you start play this game right now, and some one offer you something with price really over priced talking advantage of unkowledge of "newbies" or new players.
And after sell one thing really over priced which no ones wants, keep mailing trousands of outhers stuff without any single valour, such hunter gloves E1 for 20k and things like that...
Trying stolem more and more...
And the wonderfull rules of this game, don't give a shit...
What you will do, if that's happen to you?
The most funny part is this same guy did same with other people, and they don't care... They didn't even tried get back what they lose...

If someone is selling something really high, you are free to check the price from other places and not buy it. if you are not going to check for the price then it is surely your fault. It is like an agreement of 2 persons; suppose i buy a watch for 100$, change something about it and post it on ebay for 2000$. no one can blame me and if someone is buying it there is no complaints about it.(if i was going for a watch i would surely not buy it). this happens in real world, why not in the game. | What you will do, if that's happen to you?
I always check prices of items from different sellers before buying. I do this in real life and in all the games that I play whether I'm a newbie in that game or not. | It is not a shop which you can say it is not according to the rules. That is the problem with ignorance. If you had done more critical thinking and had checked with other trustworthy people first, it may have never happened. However, that is not the case. Mistakes happen, but now you know better. Just be happy that you weren't cheated out of more of your money before you realized. It could have been worse. You have learned a valuable lesson so just blacklist and move on. One can try applying RL in VL, but applying VL to RL is insane

You're a older player, you know better than no one, there's no such threads to search about the prices of enchanted stuff like this, It's more a shot on blind... Unless you're playing on a different server and I don't know... :P
- Grusharaburas: Same as above buddy, there's no place to search anything here, no thread/forum or sellers, of this kind of stuff, we don't even have many players which have a good enchanting skill...

I tried get HALF, my money back and SEND BACK THE ITEM to him, but he was refused... I have to ask, If this is so good why refused for HALF price?

It's don't happen with only me, I've recived 3 Pm's when I make a thread reporting him (In 1 - 3 days range), people are complanning about got cheated by same person, on same way (Are different stuff of course).
I don't think they play this game anymore atleast I didn't saw they online, It's simple, they got cheated nothing happen, so "go to hell."
My arms are closed, I can't do anything about this, sad but true, But I'm not dead and not gonna give up, like others did.

I agree with you, but I'm just looking for a little justice here, we have rules so they should be made.
This is not a server made by several childers, we have rules, they are apply so this is a democracy server and things should be care and look for answers.
Anyway I just want half money back (10k) very cheap, that's all I want.

He ins't the first cheater I meet here, trying cheat me or somebody else...
I already meet guys, with false leasing attitude, trying sell fake TGI, sell diammounds and the list is big...
But they take devide penalities, just 2 guys on this server take money from me 1 got blocked, I DON'T WANT THIS, but I want to see something happen, I don't care even if I don't get the money back, but HE SHOULD take any gold penalty.
This should be the mostly fair thing to do, he cheated and deserver an attitude.
If you ask a loan and don't repay you're finned 2x as much, In this I think 2x it's a bit severe, but he sould something for 15k higher than real price, so he should be finned for same amount = 15k.
Again, I'm not doing anything wrong, so why I should stop now?
Rules are made to be follow or I'm wrong?

Here it says that bow blocked isn't available. Following this logic, after 2009-04-24 14:04:07 no one should be blocked by bow. It could be by rule 1.5 or any thing else, but not by bow. So, why this players were blocked by this exactly reason:

So the rules are not the same for a special group of players. I call this arbitrary. This is a phrase of an old player, which I agree.

But if everyone be together to seek for OUR rights, we'll have changes, soon or later.
If the administration input rules to make the game more fair and funny, it's OUR RIGHTS to seek the game fair and funny to EVERYONE, with rules working to EVERYONE.
No matter the reason, but once some one break any rule should take devides penalties for that.
And of course, I'm not saying to start a wave of bans, I'm talking on DEVIDES penalty. | But if everyone be together to seek for OUR rights, we'll have changes, soon or later.
