In order to increase activity for lvl 14, I will fight with reduced arts and troops against any challenger who uses might build and has faction level 9 or less.

I will reduce bows to 343 and use only one dragon's eye ring thus forgoing +3 attack and +3% ini. This should offset my gains of faction level 10.
