how to set someone to estate's lounge manually? |
| The owner of the "Estate" can assign a guest lounge to a player. In that case the guest lounge is reserved for that player only. No other player can use it. |

If you send the 500 gold, the owner of the estate will go set it manually.
They can set it for 7 days and you will be removed from the room after that amount of time.
Yes it can be set for an infinite time, if the player who owns the estate opens it up without putting an end time on it.
3.31. The maximal rent term of a guest lounge is limited technically to one week. It is forbidden to collect fees for lounge rentals of a period exceeding one week. Comments on rent transfers are compulsory, any suspicious transfers will be considered financial assist.

It turns out that if you assign a player to a lounge for "0" days, they can stay 'til you "force vacate" them.

how about more? the player cant rent anymore after 7days? must choose other estate?
i think there must be exception as the rule state 'technically' |
| This rule means that it is impossible to rent a guest lounge for more than 7 days at once (i.e. the game will not allow you to do it). After the 7 days are over, you are free to rent the same guest lounge again. It is like posting a lot on the market. The maximum time is 3 days for any lot, because the game limits you "technically." But then after the 3 days are over, you can post it again. |
