If someone has done some illegeal transfers or things which are not allowed under transfer rules. can he convert and make his account clean, If he wants to play fair with immediate effect?
Can someone please explain me things about this? | Yes he can.
First of all, read these rules :

To make your account clean, just send all the illegal gold transfered to you, back to the ones who sent it to you. If it's not so simple, you can always send it to Empire (manually penaltying yourself). If the illegal transfers involved multi-accounts, the Empire transfer is suggested. | Every art and piece of gold you have received illegally should be sent to Empire. In most cases you don't have the arts, so an equivalent amount of gold can be sent for them.
Paying this sum to Empire will make your account clean.
Some players have transferred back some gold/arts to the multi. Half of the value of this can be deducted from the above sum. This is a bit controversial, but from what I understand it can be accepted. | 10-23-12 06:20: Transferred 1 Gold to Empire, Commission charged: 1 : block me

In any case, this won't clean the log of the ones who received your gold ;)

won't bring updates any faster. Rather the opposite, if I were an admin, I would have less mood to work if I had spammers above my head, TRYING to tell me what to do. |
