| Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it since the mods can't see it. However, in saying that, a quick screen shot might be enough. A moderator can tell if there are any messages sent (for example, every message sent has an ID, even though they don't know the specifics about it, they know when a message has happened). Although, some moderators might not be act even after that, understandably. And even if they believe you and want to ban them, there are still some limitations. |

| Regarding abuse in private chat, there is nothing you can do. Chat moderators are unable to see it or ban the player for their actions. Just hope that auto-ban gets them sometime ;) |

True, they can be tampered with. But with accurate time stamps, it should only be a matter of minutes before they can be uploaded. We're not talking about a block here, we're talking about a chat ban, that may only last 5-10 minutes as a first offense. There is no such things as forwarding mails in chat :) And of course a moderator can tell if a message is sent, they just don't know details about it. Screen shots might be that little piece of evidence they need. Again, depends on the situation, on the mod, on the offender and their history. |
