Washington state and colorado legalized marijuana.
For AKA-Sarobinas- I doubt much marijuana will be imported. The law allows people to grow their own.

At this time none of those petitions has even 10,000 signatures, not nearly enough to represent their respective states. It is not 21 states who want to secede, it is far less than 21,000 people. Even that is far less than the 50,000,000+ who voted for Romney. |
