3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees. When buying game items from other characters, the prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. Trying to wash the money through substitute parties is a serious violation leading to block of the additional characters and penalty to the main one.
Is that mean, to characters can sell and buy artifacts between them? | | Yes, but only through the market where prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. | I'm answering by assuming that your question is particularly concerned with additional characters only.
(1)If you are talking about 2 additional characters of the same player:
No, it is not allowed to do any kind of transaction between each other.
(2)If you are talking about 2 additional characters belonging to 2 different people:
Yes, it is allowed to sell and buy artifacts between each other.
But remember:
Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare/set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt. | | Any characters belonging to a single player should never interact, including through market transfers. |
