| hi guys. my flash is working ok with every part of the website but the map. the map loads and then it is not shown. any idea what may be the issue? |

Have you updated flash?
I sometimes have this problem. It may help to close the browser and restart.
Also try closing some windows/tabs and see if that helps. |

Adobe give you two version:
- flash for IE
- flash for other browsers.
Try to install second option. I think you can install a new one, without removing this for IE.
Download. Close all browsers. Install. Reboot.

This is what I found out earlier this year when adobe released v11.3
I had to reinstall v11.2 to fix the issue. A few months ago when v11.4 came out I realized they still haven't fixed the bug from v11.3
So if you want to use ff, you need v11.2 or earlier.
To uninstall follow these directions:

To obtain older flash versions:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
The archives have flash for everything, so you need to pick the right flash to install. I installed flashplayer11_2r202_233_win_64bit.exe because I'm running windows 64bit and ff. The readme file will explain which one to install for other operating systems.
Note: While typing this, I've discovered v11.5 is out. I don't know if v11.5 fixes the v11.3 bug, but you're welcome to try that and let us know :)
It's fairly easy to upgrade, but as you can see above downgrading the flash version is a bit tougher :) |
| FF has issue on Flash v11.2 and below. you can use chrome to get rid of it if you dont wish to update to latest version |
